The Focus in Business Data Analytics provides students with critical data analytics skills for business. This Focus recognizes students’ data analytics competencies beyond core Commerce program requirements. The Focus equips students with the skills needed to make informed business decisions and solve problems strategically in today’s data-driven economy. Drawing on economics, statistics, and business, this interdisciplinary Focus prepares students to analyze, interpret and communicate complex data insights. The Focus in Business Data Analytics will be of interest to Commerce students interested in deepening their knowledge of data analytics in a business context.

The Focus in Business Data Analytics requires 3.0 credits, including 1.5 core credits, and at least 1.0 credit at the 300+ level.
